The heart of Olmos Park is the elevated ground near the central hill, where the developer placed the largest estates to capture long views toward the San Antonio skyline. These are tall, formal homes with ornate facades, terracotta roofs, and generous setbacks. They are also where TruLight's 6-LED output earns its keep: the extra brightness carries up to high two-story rooflines and reads clearly from the street, while multi-zone control lets owners light the front, sides, and rear of these large footprints independently.

Along the wide, tree-lined boulevards that run through the enclave, the housing stock mixes Spanish Colonial Revival, Tudor, and Mediterranean designs from the 1920s and 1930s. Architecture varies house to house, so a one-size run will not do. TruLight custom-cuts every track section to follow clay tile, steep gables, and arched eave lines exactly, and color-matches the profile to each home so it stays invisible in daylight against nearly century-old trim.

The quieter streets near Olmos Basin and the Alamo Heights border sit under heavy oak canopy on deep, beautifully landscaped lots. Shade is the design challenge here, and it is one we plan for. The sealed aluminum track shrugs off the UV, heat, and storm exposure that comes with mature trees and open sky, and we can zone the system to add output on the shaded elevations so the warm white glow stays even all the way around the house.
